Rooms and Rates

$89/night + tax (current military JTR for San Antonio is $115). This rate will be good 3 days before and after if anyone would like an extended stay. 45 rooms blocked - all rooms are suites and the entire hotel has recently been remodeled.

Reservations

Call: 1-210-220-1010. Tell them you want to make a "reservation in a block", and give them the code "PWG". If you don't do this they will xfer you. Do not procrastinate on making room reservations. As noted below, there is a college football game in town this same weekend.

NOTES:

If you are not an FTVA member, you will have to pre-coordinate with a sponsor to attehd the Hall of Honor Induction ceremony and annual meeting.

Plan smartly! The UTSA VS Colorado State football game will be a traffic factor for those in the Holiday Inn Express and downtown areas, depending on game time. Tailgating downtown near the Alamodome starts early.

All Saturday morning activities are on Security Hill, Building 2007, Bernard A. Larger (BALA) auditorium.

The PWG Picnic is catered by B&B BBQ. Cost is $14. Make checks out to Ron Hentz, not to the PWG Picnic.
