Reunion Headquarters -- Our PWG Reunion Headquarters will be at the Courtyard by Mariott - Omaha South - Bellevue, Nebraska; 3730 Raynor Parkway (370 and 36th St.)

Rooms and Rates
$91/night + tax. Good for King or Queen
Reservations
Call: 1-402-408-5300 and tell them you want to make a "reservation in a block", and give them the code "PWG". Cutoff for these reservations is June 6th. Please make your reservations soonest.
For anyone who wishes to check in earlier or stay later, the PWG rate is available from June 27th through July 3d. Final day for booking is June 6th.
Twenty Three (23) days prior to your event, the hotel will release any unreserved rooms for sale to the general public without any penalty to the group or its attendees. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space or rate available basis. Reservation Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to check in to avoid a Late Cancel/No Show Fee. Reservations will be made and paid for individually by attendees. Check-in is 3:00pm. Check-out is 12:00pm. Discounted pricing is available 2 days before 6/29/17 and 2 days after 7/2/17 The hotel is not responsible for any loss/damage to your property and does not maintain insurance covering it. To the extent permitted by law, the group agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the hotel, Marriott, and the owner of the hotel, and their respective employees and agents against all claims, losses or damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines, and costs (including reasonable attorney's fees), arising out of or connected with your group, except those claims arising out of the sole negligence or willful misconduct of the hotel. The hotel represents and you acknowledge that the hotels facilities being rented for you including guest rooms, common areas and transportation services will be in compliance with our public accommodation requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act. When your attendees make room reservations, please ask them to notify us of their auxiliary aid needs. This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the hotel is located.
Shuttle Service: Hotel is providing a complimentary shuttle service for the PWG from and to the airport on 29 June and 2 July between 7AM and 10PM. The hotel does not have a regular shuttle service. For those that need this service I will need the following info no later than 20 May. Name, Airline, Flight number, Arrival and Departure times. Send to Jimmy Mayer. Monte Petit Monte Petit has also volunteered taxi service.
Banquet
Date: 1 July 2017
Pay as you go bar opens at 5:00pm
Dinner served at 6:30pm
Buffet meal considting of roast beef and/or baked chicken breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans or vegetable medley, roll, butter and salad. For dessert a white or marble sheet cake.
Place: Bellevue Volunteer Fireman's Hall, 2108 Franklin St. Bellevue, NE
Price: $20 per person. Pleast make your check out to Ron Hentz and put Banquet Meal in the Memo line. Mail your checks to CMSgt (Ret) Ron Hentz, 8037 Cavendish Rd. Neenah, WI 54956.
All banquet $$ has to be to Ron no later than 16 June 2017. Also indicate on a slip of paper if you prefer chicken or beef or both for catering company planning.
If anyone would like to contribute a little extra money, it will go to keeping the hospitality room stocked with beverages and snacks. Just add your contribution amount to the banquet check.
